62nd Infantry Regiment


From the "History of DeWitt County, Illinois - 1882"



The sixty-second regiment volunteers was organized in Camp Dubois, Anna, IL, April 10, 1862,
by Col. James M True.  Was mustered out of the US service at Little Rock, AK, 3/6/66.
