DCGSQ Vol IV No. 1
The Clinton Public School Scholarship: The following is a partial report
of the scholarship standing of students in the Clinton Graded School for
the months of Dec. and Feb. Recitations are marked on a scale of from "0"
to "100". Students getting an average standing of "80" we think do well;
those falling below "70" do poorly; while such as get a standing of "90"
or upwards we call "Star Soholars." We here report only our "Stars."
